How to place a custom order:

All custom orders start right there in our EMAIL inboxes! Bring us your ideas for patterns/colors and we can give you more accurate estimates for the project then get your order on our books!
Custom order payment process:
Once we have every single little design detail together we will email you an invoice to pay.Please READ the details on your invoice- if they are incorrect you are responsible for telling us BEFORE PAYING the invoice so that the invoice describes exactly what is to be made by us. IF you do not notice the mistake on the invoice and we make a product with an incorrect detail we are NOT responsible for correcting it. The invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled.Once paid your order is scheduled to be made and shipped within the estimated time frame you were given.Our typical turnaround time on custom orders is 3 to 4 months.
Christmas guaranteed cutoff is September 31st (at the latest) each year!
Shipping: You are responsible for double checking to make sure the address you have provided us is correct! You will receive a tracking number, we are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after they ship from our shop- if you would like to purchase extra insurance and/or upgrade to priority/express shipping please email us so that we can send you an invoice for the added fees associated with your shipping upgrade.
Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders, these orders will be completed after normal business hours which involves an extra fee that varies depending on how fast you need the project and how big of a project it is. Please email us with the subject line "rush order" and we will get back with you as soon as we have the chance to let you know if a rush on your project is an option!
When you are ready to place a custom order we will send you a chart labeled "how to measure a belt". Using this measurement guide is the ONLY way we know exactly what size to make you. We will make the belts center adjustment hole to the length we were given by you, the belt will have three adjustment holes on either side of that. We are not responsible for correcting/remaking belts that are measured incorrectly by you or "estimated" by using pant size. Again, we DO NOT recommend using pant size as a belt size reference!
*Children's belts- Consider asking us to make the size given for the smallest hole so that the child can grow into the belt unless you assume they may lose weight in the near future.
*Trophy Buckles- If you are wearing a trophy buckle now but intend to switch to a regular buckle please let us know when ordering- not telling us can mean your belt could be built to be too small.
Watchbands: Most watchbands attachments can be changed out if you get a bigger or smaller smart watch for a $10 fee. We will need you to send the band back so we can switch the hardware out. We are not responsible for any loss/damages to your smartwatch.
Phone cases: You are responsible for providing the correct model/make of the phone you order a case for. If you provide an incorrect make/model to us and the case we make you does not fit properly it is not our responsablility to remake your order. We are not responsible for any loss/damage to your phone.
Returns & refunds are not accepted on custom orders- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations on custom orders are not accepted but credits can be transferred to other projects as long we have not started on your project yet. Credit transfers may delay your project, we will let you know when discussing a credit transfer.
Changes to order details and/or size after the order is placed will result in 20% fee, if we have already made the item prior to you contacting us then your request will be denied and returns are not accepted.
Refunds on "in-stock" items are accepted within 14 days of arrival to customer according to the date provided by USPS tracking services. Item MUST be in new condition. You must provide us a tracking number at time of return being mailed. Once we have received your item back we will issue a refund of what you paid minus our 20% restocking fee. If the item is damaged or shows signs of "wear" we ship the item directly back to you and a refund will not be issued.
